Diagnosis
Antennal clava in female strong, 2.5X as wide as width of 1st flagellomere, and with a small sense area apically; clava with a spicule at apex; clavomere 1 longer than 2; mesoscutum and scutellum metallic bluish-green; notauli as narrow and distinct grooves in posterior ½; petiole 1.6X as long as wide. Similar to cordylipher but with different sculpture on the scutellum - as described in the key, longer funicular segments, and a longer petiole. Also similar to rhopalotus but with apex of antennal clava pointed.
